Danika has been doing CrossFit for nearly a decade and coaching for the past two years. She holds her CrossFit Level 1 and is also a Certified Yoga Instructor, giving her a well-rounded approach to strength, movement and mobility.

What Danika values most about coaching is helping people build confidence – both inside and outside the gym. She believes good coaching meets athletes where they are, challenges them to grow, and helps them recognize what they are capable of.

For Danika, the best part of CrossFit is the community it creates. She wants every athlete who walks through the door to feel welcomed, supported and like the belong while becoming stronger and more capable along the way.
